How We Work

Shopping & Shipping Process

1. Select item/s that you would like to purchase and add them to the shopping cart.

2. When you have finished shopping view cart and check that you are happy with your selection.

3. The Buyer can choose to collect the garment/s from the store in Pinetown and pay on collection – please give 24-hour notice for the garment to be readied for collection. If the garment is not collected within 72 hours, it will be returned to stock for selling.

4. OR the Buyer can choose to have the garment delivered and delivery costs will be added to the checkout amount. Courier Guy is our preferred courier. Please note that high-risk areas may carry a surcharge.

5. If the Buyer chooses to have the item/s delivered, a delivery address is to be added before proceeding to CHECKOUT/PLACE ORDER.

6. Once this is done, the Buyer proceeds to (CHECKOUT/PLACE ORDER) and make payment through the secure payment gateway PayFast.

7. A confirmation email is then sent to the Buyer with regards to the sale.

8. The sale is not completed until payment is confirmed.

9. Once payment is received, we will proceed to get the package ready for delivery.

10. Courier info will be sent to the Buyer and the parcel can be tracked via the tracing number on their website: www.thecourierguy.co.za

Refunds

Unfortunately TJ Clothing has a NO RETURN POLICY.

Our items are carefully checked and are in great condition. As they are pre-loved, they may show slight signs of wear, but this will not reduce the appeal of the garment.

We cannot take responsibility if the item does not fit.

We would make an exception if the item delivered is not as ordered and is different to the image shown on our website. In this instance the Buyer can send images of the invoice and the garment via email or Whatsapp within 24 hours of receipt. After reviewing the images submitted, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.
